This was my first time using a service (limo) and I asked straight out what was an appropriate gratuity - so I felt comfortable with 20%. We were running a tad bit early but not enough for a sit down lunch so I asked Leo if I could get us some lunch on the go. He so graciously accepted and I am thankful for him. He was great! Your service saved me time, pain and $. I had broken my let and had surgery-could not drive but needed to get my life in order. Lesley
